Recomendaciones para tomar fotos en casa

Es posible tomarle su foto a los alumnos en casa con muy buenos resultados siguiendo estas recomendaciones:

1. SELECCIONE EL ESPACIO ADECUADO

  • Busque un área en su casa con una pared de color claro (blanco, gris claro, beige)
  • Ésta le servirá como fondo para tomar la fotografía.
  • Revise que el ancho de la pared sea adecuado (aproximadamente 1.3 metros sin columnas, esquinas u otros distractores)
  • Le recomendamos tener las cortinas abiertas para dejar entrar toda la luz posible
  • El horario que le recomendamos es entre 11 am y 2 pm.
  • Evite que el sol pegue directo al niño(a) o al dispositivo.

1. SELECT THE RIGHT SPACE

  • Look for an area in your home with a clear color (White, light gray, beige, etc.)
  • This will be the backdrop for your photo
  • Check the wall is wide enought (aproximately 50 inches with no colums or other distractors)
  • We recommend to keep the shades open to let in the greatest possible amount of light into the room
  • We recommend taking the pictures between 11am and 2pm
  • Avoid getting the sunlight directly into the child or the camera

  • Pídale o ayude a su hija(o) a llevar la ropa adecuada
  • Recuerda utilizar la ropa que te solicita tu colegio
  • En caso de usar lentes, asegúrese de quitarlos antes de hacer la foto para evitar reflejos no deseados
  • Asegúrese de que tenga la cara limpia e hidratada

2. PERSONAL APPEARANCE

  • Ask or help your kids out in selecting the right clothes for the occasion
  • Remember to wear the clothes requested by your school
  • In case your kids use glasses, please remove them to avoid reflections
  • Make sure your child’s face is clean and his or her skin is moist

3. EL DISPOSITIVO

  • Revise que la configuración del dispositivo que vaya a utilizar (teléfono, tablet u otro) esté en modo de archivo grande
  • Por favor no use flash, asegúrese de que esta opción esté desactivada
  • Si es posible, active el modo retrato (portrait mode) en su iPhone, Samsung, u otros teléfonos.

3. THE CAMERA

  • Review the camera’s settings and select the largest file size available
  • Please do not use flash, making sure this options is disabled
  • If possible, activate the Portrait Mode in your iPhone, Samsung, other phones or cameras.

4. EL ENCUADRE

  • Antes de hacer la toma, observe que no aparezcan adornos, plantas, cuadros u otras cosas en la fondo
  • Si es así, quítelos o busque un lugar alternativo
  • Pídale al niño que se separe de la pared 50cm aproximadamente
  • La imagen debe ser encuadrada como se muestra en la foto (dejar un poco de aire a los lados de los hombros y arriba de la cabeza)
  • Observe que la expresión sea agradable y natural
  • Tome varias fotos y guarde la que más le guste en un lugar fácil de localizar para cargar a este sitio

4. FRAMING THE SUBJECT

  • Before shooting, review there are no decorations, plants or frames in the background
  • If so, please move them or find an alternative location
  • Ask your kid to stand aproximately 20 inches away from the wall
  • The image must be framed as shown in the example here (leaving some space between the edge of the picture and the shoulders and head
  • Look for a natural and pleasent expression
  • Take several pictures and keep the one you like the most accesible in your phone or computer to upload it later on in this webiste
